1997 S320 for sale

LOTS of work (see below)
great condition (pictures available)
Used as my daily driver (commute is 3 miles) and to run around town in. Have had extensive work (around 14K put into the car).
If interested let me know. Would like 10K at least.
Black Opal Pearl/Parchment.
The following list is what has been done over the last two years:
Replaced the front grille (old one was pitted)
new catalytic converters
lower ball joint replaced
instrument cluster lights changed
heat cluster lights replaced
new aux fan shroud
front bumper repainted
side molding repainted
side mirrors repainted
new windshield
rear light assembly replaced with newer (un-yellowed) lights
including mid-section under trunk lid
Vacuum pump replaced for doors/trunk
Steering box replaced
head gasket replaced
timing chain gasket replaced
front shocks replaced
rear shocks replaced
brakes replaced
front rotors replaced
interior (front seats and armrest) redyed, and touched up. drivers seat refurbished
motor mount and transmission mount replaced
front and rear flex disks replaced
transmission fluid and filter replaced
serpentine belt replaced
thermostat replaced
wiring harness that run underneath transmission replaced
new center caps
passenger side headlamp wiper motor replaced
new radio knob
stock radio wired to adapt to iPhone connection (discreet, and not noticeable)
new center console arm rest
new floor mats
new steering damper
fan resistor replaced
spark plugs redone
trunk star and chrome lettering replaced
Alignment done
new o2 sensor (upstream)
new cabin filter
valve cover gasket replaced
new AT cooling hose
Crankshaft seal replaced
new wheel bearings
new battery
Third brake light replaced
glove box lock button assembly replaced
fuel filter replaced
windshield washer reservoir cap replaced
Passenger side seat adjustment switch replaced
I have used as much OEM as available, and taken very good care of the car. it was a second car, but now is driven daily. I have own several Mercedes over the years, and this one is in great shape, i have had most work done at Star motors in Houston, or Phil Smart Mercedes in Seattle.
The things that need (in my opinion) fixed are:
passenger rear seat-belt is locked
new tires in a while
interior rear-view mirror does not auto dim any longer
