how much did you lower it, because i am going to get it lowered by the dealer, just dont know how much i should get them to lower it. and what size tire and offset are the rims, do they rub at all? those wald look sick!!

i have about a finger gap all the way around but depends on the airmatic somedays Mine only rubs on big dips.You should also have them shave the rubber part off the rear right side of the fender for rubbing issues.

well here is mine on 22 like i said i dont think the ride is that bad like people tend to exagerate, like i said i had 20 on my e class, everybody has their own prefrence, so far the ride aint bad and i drive it almost every other day and i take it for long trips on weekends.

looks fine to me what size tire......now i went with the stagerred setup 20x9 in front with 35mm offset, and 20x10 with 40mm offset for rear will that be an ok offset?

i got my rims, too bad they sent me 1 front chrome, 1 front alloy, 1 rear chrome, 1 rear alloy.....mixed up the rims with another customers rim, when shipping them out.....so now i have to wait till monday.....to get the other 2 chrome rims.

The first person to put the Carlsson style rims on thier w220 please post a pic. I think these provide just the right balance. Classy with a little bling OR (depending on how you look at it) Blingy with a little class.

yea i had amg style wheels in a 20 inch, and had CL grill but took it off cause i am waiting to get the newer headlights so it can really look good.

Wheels and tires should not cost 1/3 of the price of your car. Well, if you were featured in forbes magazine anytime recently, then I guess it doesn't matter one way or the other its just money right? I guess I would have to give a pass to the trophy seeking enthusiasts out there also, that seems more like a justifiable reason to shell out that kind of bye bye on some wheels..

For everyone else it just reaks of a very bad use of resources...
