Question about suspension

I just had both shocks in the front done, air compressor and relay and every morning I go out and my car is completely down front and back. I start the car up and it comes up within a few seconds completely and maintains height while I am doing whatever throughout the day. Seems only when it is an extended period of time off does it come down. Do I have a problem??

Yes. You could have a leak elsewhere (valve block, pneumatic line, a badly done repair). Complain to whoever did the work (and hopefully it was a certified MB tech). The leak is too small to be apparent when parked for a short while, but it's there.

My indy told me that's pretty common; take it back immediately on Monday and point it out; most likely, he didn't retrofit the new air line required with the pump replacement (only the new style pump is made now, and it requires that the primary feed line be retrofitted). Also, have him check all connections- you have a central, and hence equal, leak. I wouldn't panic- I would bet a dollar to your doughnut that it's a simple issue caused by a less than attentive reassembly. Good luck.
