POWER HELP PLEASE

I am new to MB, I have acquired a 2003 s430 4matic. What are my option for bumping rear wheel horse power???

I don't get it.

An S500 carries almost no premium over an S430.

why did you buy an S430 if you cared about acceleration.

The car was free, so I wasn't going to complain about acceleration. As far as the upgrades, Filters, Headers, Exhaust, ECU Tune what vendor recommendations are there and what kind of output are we talking about. I also have a charger, that if I put $8,000 I can have a naturally aspirated engine putting down mid 400's for hp and torque at the wheels. I love the S430, but maybe I just put my money in the charger, TOUGH DECISION!
