Noticed higher idle ( Kind like RPM surge to 2k to 3k rpm after turn the key) when cold start. No code (110k miles).

After clean MAF and Throttle body plate ( Only the accessible side, really dirty as I can see from a mirror), the symptom is still there. Now the car feels like hard to stop, more momentum.

Reset with disconnecting battery, nothing changed.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Considering it only happened after you cleaned the throttle body, either there is still more gunk in there causing it to stick , or you dislodged something during the process.

Clean It again try to get it both sides and make sure everything you touched in the area is secure
