2001 s500 I went to the car wash yesterday n all wondow got frozen.I kept hitin the passenger window button n window don't go down.when I hit the button I hear the motor workin goin up n down but the window stay up.when I push the window wit my hands it goes down. Plz help u think is of track?

it must be, youll have to take of the door panel if you hear the motor running.
