Spring Link Bushings

Ok, so I had my Motor Mounts and Transmission Mount replaced yesterday at the Mercedes Dealership (Under extended warranty) and they also found that Both Spring Link bushings were broken, and the right spring link joint was loose.
They want to replace the right spring link, which I belive they said involved replacing the whole lower control arm, and then just replace the left side spring link bushing. They of course wanted $1081 for this work. $526 labor and $555 for parts.

Is this something relatively easy to do? I have tools and a jack, compressor and airtools, as well as jack stands and ramps.

Has anyone done this swap and have any recommendations?

It's def not OEM. Maybe OE as in Lemferoder.

$127 on Azautohaus.

But Ebay is full of fakes, wouldn't even attempt to buy there.

Part Brand: MERCEDES-BENZ-MB Genuine OEM OE Factory Original

The part or sub-assembly you are purchasing is a Genuine OEM Factory Original part sold by an authorized Genuine OEM parts reseller. The part is not “like OEM”, it is the Genuine OEM part sold by the vehicle manufacturer.

Looks like a factory OEM MB part, if it doesn't come stamped with the star and in a MB box, it's going back. I searched on AZAutohaus and they don't list any OEM MB parts for the lower control arm, the only one I could match to the $127 you quoted is a Lemfoerder.

Contact the seller and ask them if its MB or Lemfoerder before they ship it, so you dont have to do a return. Im betting its Lemfoerder.
