I have been all over the site lookingfor anyone who has completed a "SUCCESSFUL" suspension conversion on aMercedes S600. I have seen multiple airmatic systems replaced but is thereanything for our Hydraulic systems?

Hi all,
My 2002 S600 (100K miles) ABC was successful converted to StrutMaster coil-over.
Work done is pretty easy by follow video on youtube (a bit tough to remove the ring on top of old shock to re-use the hydaulic fitting.
Performance/road handling: highway is 8/10 in compare with original ABC - street road/bad road pavement is around 6/10
So I'm not satisfy with the conversion in compare with ABC - But I'm happy to get rid off faulty/costly ABC. No longer worry about major repair on suspension
Note: You must buy the light module to clear the red ABC alert - even so, my car still has light on height adjust and ABC Sport buttons. Not sure how to get rid off. Also, the instruction came with light module is poorly written

Thuan98, could you share a photo of your car how it sits now? how high does it sit compare to the ABC? at norm, med, or high?

With Strutmaster replacement, my S600 suspension sit at normal height in compare with ABC.

Thuan what did you do about the sway bars? My understanding is that this makes the car highly unstable.... what is your take?
