Missing Relay ??

I decided as a precautionary measure to change out the Airmatic pump relay in the under bonnet fusebox, from a siemens to a Hella unit.
When doing so I noticed that the space next to it which is designated for the secondary air pump is in fact empty.
My model is a 1999 S320 V6 petrol engine.
Is this relay missing or simply not used on my particular model ?
Many Thanks for your replies.

Have just checked and fuse 31 is also missing. So maybe my model simply does not have a secondary air pump.
Is that possible ??

Yes it is possible as mine is S500, W220, 2004 Japanese version, and I found many missing or in some cases additionals.
