2000 s500 brake wear sensor
malfunctions that can occur if the brake pad wear sensor is badwill occur if the brake pad wear sensor is bad? Could it make my BAS/ESP/AIRMATIC systems malfunction ?

No, the only thing that the wear pad sensor does is turn on the message light for low pads or replace pads.
