Hi

So this is my 3rd 03 S500 I love the car but I don't learn my lesson. I need help!!!

I just got the heater core unit replaced and he mechanic put everything back in place and now everything works except the actually heater and air conditioning unit on the dash its all off nothing is working ac/heat all the lights are off but the radio and everything else is working.

We checked all the fuses nothing is wrong took out the dash and check all the connections again I tried to research online and i can't find anyone else with this problem? any thoughts or ideas?
