Pre-Facelift Sport Conversion
Hi MBWorld!
I am a new poster on these forums but I have been a reader here for a while. Back in the year 2000, my father purchased a beautiful Brilliant Silver S500 and has babied it since. He has feared putting any extra miles on it since the day he purchased it. Today the car only has about 32,200 original miles on it, which means it probably one of the lowest mileage pre-facelift W220's out there!
We are trying to freshen up the car today by adding some facelifted headlights and tailights, '00 to '02 AMG Sport Bumpers and Rocker Panels, W220 Wheels, and possibly a AMG exhaust. The car had never seen any sort of upgrades and we are finally looking to change it up a little. The plan is to start using this as a daily for when he purchases a new W222.
It would be great if I could get some help finding these parts. I prefer OEM, new or used. Also, please link me to any existing forums dealing with similar topics.
