Has any one had a trunk that would not open with remote or the door switch or the valet key ? You can hear the air pump working but the lock will not release and I cannot get into the trunk is there any way to gain access to the trunk short of cutting the rear panel lol any help would be appreciated

There are a number of threads on here about that problem, some very recent. Also look at the start here sticky at the top of the forum. Try their suggestions.
