w220 AC not cold radiator fan

Hello on 2000 S430 when i start car ac is not cold later around 3 miles ac blowing nice cold air and stay cold.i did some research and find that radiator fan is not runing when i turn ac on but later is turn on while driving with engine temp.
I replaced radiator fan motor around 15000 miles ago due failure and also fan motor module by airmatic pump.
Is separate relay for radiator fan to run with Ac??
Can ac high pressure valve be bad??
Thank you for any suggestions

The radiator fan is not slaved to the AC. It turns on when the radiators require cooling. Did you have your system checked to make sure it has a full charge? Also on a 2000 the compressor could be getting tired requiring it to run longer to get up to pressure. The seals inside it could be wearing out. I have a 2006 and had to replace my AC Compressor because of that reason. There are people online that sell a complete kit with the compressor, dryer, and evaporator valve for around $300 new.

Yes i replaced compressor and dryer week ago due failure leeak on back seal of compressor.i was able to get rebuild with 1 year warranty for $160 and dryer $25 from ebay. Also put 8 oz pag 46 oil and 39 oz freon i dont have rear ac
I have same problem before replacing compressor and think that why compressor fail due high pressure.
Last night i start car turn ac on and fan run slow i unplug big 3 pin connector on to of ac dryer and fan run fasterand car start cooling iimmediately.
If i need replace big 3 pin sensor on top of dryer do i I need to drain ac system?
