YELLOW SPEED COILOVERS
I'm wondering where can I purchase Yellow speed coilovers?
Im in the US.
Any shops in the US that carries them?
Any reviews? I cant really seem to find any, I dont need a coilover to magically blow out on me 2 months in.
EBAY IS OUT OF THE QUESTION! I DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM EBAY!

They are cheap chinese coilovers and eBay is going to be your best bet.
Check their website and email them asking for a list of dealers.
I think it would be a shame to put coilovers like that on a w220 and trash the ride quality, but to each their own.

AND YOURE RIGHT TO EACH THERE OWN.
also have you ever had coilovers with a 20kg+ spring on them? it actually rides way softer then air suspension. So dont knock it till you try it. lol.
plus this car is old already, at least im not going to put 30" wheels on it and pout a huge mcdonald logo on the side lol

In your original post, you say you want reviews and no cheap coilovers to blow out on you in two months. These are cheap, chinese made coilovers for a low price, what kind of quality are you expecting?

as long as its not Megan racing quality its fine by me.
I wouldnt mind spending on some Aragosta or Quantum coilovers, but I cant justify that much for coils for a 4 door non racing car, if it was for my other cars I wouldnt care, because race car. On this car its a 4 door, I wont be taking crazy turns or drifting it lol. but I also dont want something that will blow out quick as I am planning to slam the living crap out of it. I would slam it on ELM and lowering links but the life of the stock airmatic will suffer horribly. Im going to go aftermarket air bag system later on from AIRREX and have Accuair air management system. Yellowspeed coilovers are just a cheap solutions till i get airrex and accuair, but I also dont need them to blow out withing the first 2 months i have them.

i can bet that Yellow speed coilovers are comparable to Megan, and most likely made in the same factory but in different colors like every other suspension piece coming out of China. I do like all of your other options like the air suspension but i don't understand spending money on yellow speed coilovers if you plan on purchasing such a nice air set in the future with airrex and the accuair e-level setup, that's over $5,000 alone in parts. Maybe you can just wait it out and ride stock until you get all of the air setup parts you need to install. I have the same idea as you and just went with some bc coilovers, another chinese brand but have no bad reviews so far and are working well. i would have recommended Fortune coilovers but i noticed they don't make anything for the W220 chassis.

the thing is I dont like to ride stock, I was going to get lowering links but then I figured, what if my airmatic takes a ***** on me? then im SOL. So coils would be best at the moment.
I talked to BC since that was my first choice for cheap coils, but they currently are not going to make any unless they have a good demand for them :/ which I really, really doubt lol
$5k is around right but I can always just sell the coilovers and make some of that money back for gas lol
heres the thing the companies besides yellowspeed that make coils cost around $4k-5k with shipping and its just for coils, no thanks lol.

if yellowspeed is your only option, just take the risk and try it out. i doubt you would be the first W220 to ride on them because there must have been some kind of demand, maybe overseas which is why you're not seeing much reviews here. Maybe your review of them will help out other W220 owners that are wanting to make the switch as well, be the guinea pig lol.
