HELLPP!!? A/C not working, Radiator is loud, wipers not working.. at the same time?

HELLPP!!? A/C not working, Radiator is loud, wipers not working.. at the same time?
Issues happening at the same time:
1. A/C not working properly, no cold air
2. Radiator fan is loud 'jet engine' loud
3. Lights not working - (Front Left Signal light doesn't turn on when the car is unlocked with remote key, but when ignition starts the low-beam light on the left is on but the right side low-beam light doesn't except for a small light (for light or parking light)
3. Windshield Wipers not working
any ideas?
Car:
S350 w220 year 2006
