Air strusts replaced bas eas error codes
I just replaced on my 2000 S500 upper and lower control arms ball joints, air struts. At the same time I replaced valve cover gaskets. I had abs struts sensors removed when I started my engine to check for any oil leaks after I installed new gaskets. I now have airmatic, abs eas errors on my dash. Do I need to use star to reset error codes? I read that my abs and strut connectors may not be plugged in all the way. I dont know how hard I can push them to have them click ? I also read that computer remembers that stuff was unplugged and needs to be reset.

Double check all the connectors youve touched and make sure they are connected, should line up and click.
Make sure the ride height sensors located above and forward of the upper control arm are connected to the skinny 3.5" arm that connects the ride height sensor and the control arm.
Also, with the car running, turn the steering wheel all the way to the right, then all the way to the left, then back to center. That should clear the BAS, ESP codes.

Check the encyclopedia thread on here. It has instructions on how to clear this. I believe you start the car and turn the steering wheel right left right, but it could be left right left. Not sure, so check the sticky thread.
