C63 amg rims on S600?

Hi Guys.
Do anyone know if the C63 Rims fit on the s600?
http://www.alloywheelsdirect.net/mer...g_vi_wheel_511
By looking at the et on the rear rims I assume 10 mm spacers in the back would be necessary.
But other then that it should be a good fit?
Love the looks of those rims but have never seen them on a w220.

Generally any wheel for the 2008-2014 C Class including but not limited to the C63 are a direct fit on a 220, since they share identical offsets. Those 54mm rears in that link don't look like an OEM offset for a C. They'll work with the 10mm spacers but I think those wheels can be had in a staggered replica in a 45mm offset all around. Also anything from/for a W221 is a direct fit. You can safely go to a 35mm offset, where a ton of wheel choices are available for the 220.

Thanks for the quick reply.
I have seen some replicas of this wheel in 18 and 19 inch.
But Im a little bit sceptical to replicas.
Whats worring me most may be the quality of reps.
And it feels a little bit tacky with amg wheels that dont say amg
This rim decision is driving me crazy haha.
Thanks for good feedback tho

I've run Ebay reps on both my previous 220's. Although the photos in the listings show a blank space on the lip register where the AMG stamp normally goes (probably for infringement issues), the actual wheels have always had the AMG stamp. No quality issues either, in fact I've bent more OEM wheels than I have the reps. The last set I ran fooled the MB tech. There are little pilot holes in an AMG wheel to accommodate a specific contraption MB uses in alignments. The reps holes are ornamental but the poor guy was going crazy trying to use them. He had no idea they were replicas.

The finishes seem to hold up fine, generally indistinguishable from OEM in terms of durability. The only problem with reps is they're sold in sets of 4, so if you damage one it either needs to be refurbed or you gotta spring for a whole second set.

Here's my 04 with staggered 18" reps,,,

That sounds good to me!
Nice ride man!
Have you bought your rims at the same company or just random ebay sellers?
Whats your tire setup and offset of your rims?
Looks really good!
I think im going to go with reps too.
Now its just the decision whether to go with 18s or 19s
This is the car they are going on.
18" original sits on for the moment.

Damn, that's an imposing looking 220 as is. You could do a lot with that.

I was kind of a big baby with that 04, terrified to do anything that might "hurt" the car. So I stayed with 18", on 45mm C Class eBay reps and the staggered 18" OEM tire sizes.

There are several sellers but I think those were from Aspec Wheels or OEM Wheels +. Any of the guys with thousands of sales are safe bets. All of the wheels come from the same Asian manufacturers, just different sellers and occasional cheaper prices.

I think the offset on my 430 should have been more aggressive...at least 35mm to push out toward the gender lip and 19" wheels to reduce that fat sidewall profile.

My current S550 has 20" OEM 44mm offset wheels but with huge spacers...20mm rear and 15mm front so you can get pretty crazy with offset and keep that signature sweet S Class ride.

The 430 also had a 2" drop on links...that I would not recommend. Huge impact on ride quality. The car never felt right on the drop.

These would work for you. 35mm all around, staggered 19".

Just remember that all MB passenger car wheels have identical hub bore and lug pattern and are interchangeable. It's just a matter of face style and offset, so ignore the "models" the wheels are listed for fitment. (AMG "big brake" cars are the exception).

My 221 on S63 20" and spacers:

Thanks man
Yeah I know what you mean.
Im kind of at that point you describe know
Think I will go with the 19s and et45.
Dont want to go to aggressive on the et mainly because my car has the ABC system and can sink if it failures.
That w221 looks awesome
Gotta love black mbs :-)
Had my thoughts on those rims as well before.
Clean and classy!
Im going to get in touch with OEM Wheels + and see what I end up with.
Thanks for all the info!
Its been very helpful :-)

If you're searching EBay, look for 19" AMG Style C63, or CL or S to get the 45mm wheels to come up. The style choices drop dramatically from 35mm to 45mm (90% of aftermarket MB wheels will be 35mm).

Mike,
Sorry to derail here but on your W221, is that the stock rear bumper with just the exhaust tips or you had to change the bumper as well as the exhaust ??

Stock bumper but with the S63 lower valence (diffuser) panel, and also a Becker axle-back exhaust. Took more surgery than I expected. The S63 diffuser has wider exhaust tip openings than stock and it exposed some inner bumper structure that had to be cut out to make room for the quad tips. Came out nice and sounds great but I don't recommend that route.

On wheels, these are my second set, also S63 OEM, that I think would look good on a 220. These are widely available as replicas and I know several guys on the 221 board running them:
