what are common 03-06 S600 mods?
Without going too crazy, bigger turbos, built trans...etc. What are popular mods, tune, headers, down pipe, exhaust, intakes...?

Tune , intercooler upgrade , intake are the basic mods
Bigger turbos are the next level to get you to s65 power

Intake meaning a drop in K&N? I take it a tuned S600 is pretty much a stock s65? Since the tune gives a little over 100HP gain. What do people do with the exhaust?

I just install the 06 S65 AMG exhaust on my 2005 S600, looks nice and the sound just a bit louder, you may not even notice on low speed.
