S500 Sport vs. CLS500 vs. S55

I'm just wondering what the opinion would be if all my choices would cost roughly $45K. An 2006 S500 Sport with 30K miles, a 2006 CLS500 non sport with 30K miles, a 2005 CL55 with 45-55K miles on it, or an 2005 S55 with 45-55K miles on it. My question is basically which is the best value for the money taking into consideration looks, reliability, warrantee issues, performance(i'm not concerned about roominess, or gas mileage). An S55/Cl55 msrp'd for around 120K while the S500 and CLS were around 80K. Let me know the concensus. Thanks

Those are all different types of cars and can't really be compared apples to apples. BUT if you can get either for 45K then either one of the AMG's are a no brainer.
