Hi. I just finished installing the phone system in the car with the puck. Everything works well; radio, cd changer, phone. The only issue is the person on the other side of the phone can't hear me. I checked to make sure mic is not off on the system. Then I went into the main settings by holding down mute+1+3. I went to components... Then to communication platform.... Then to microphone. I got a message that says "AKG microphone is not activated." How can I resolve this issue?
