The folks are very polite, but the time zone difference made it hard to communicate with them. We had it up and running in a few exchanges of e-mail and files.

This is a late reply, added as an additional source.

The vendor of my STAR System sent me a note inquiring how things were going, and giving the latest version and price. My contact there is a very nice lady named Eva Lee. I have no relationship with them other than as a satisfied customer, and have no additional info on system configuration, etc. Contact Eva if you need more info - they have no active web site at this time.

The system that I bought from them worked perfectly, and the hardware looked like aerospace quality. YMMV

Here is one more option. This came fully configured, just plugged it in and it worked. Good customer service as well, they were responsive when I emailed with a couple of questions. Haven't updated software yet so can't comment on that.
