Restraint System Defect! SRS Visit Workshop!

Restraint System Defect! SRS Visit Workshop!
New to the forum.
I've had an S350 since 2006. Couple of months ago the windshield wiper and spray began behaving erratically. Wouldn't come on. Then a red sceen would be triggered on the dash saying: Restraint System Defect! SRS Visit Workshop! Then the car wouldn't go into gear.
There was a bad battery that was replaced.
Twice, the dealership replaced the turn/windshield wiper assembly on the steering column.
After 3 weeks at the dealership, problem (apparently) solved.
Cut to 12 weeks later, all signs are back.
Do I have too much faith in the dealership that they can figure this out? Could the battery be going bad after 12 weeks?
Any advise welcome.

Batteries do have factory defects more often than we want to know, but you are describing several problems that don't seem to have any connections.
You choose not to disclosure your location, but in USA you can find lot of automotive places that will test your battery for no charge.
