Front Suspension Help

Working on my 2000 S500, base model. It's my daily driver, so it's not too bad off yet, but here's the symptoms:
1) Steering has progressively felt more sloppy.
2) Steering wheel is leaning clockwise about 4 or 5 degrees (estimated) to keep the car straight, and has progressively worse over time.
3) When backing out of my driveway, I occasionally hear a light clunking sound from the front end. It's intermittent but seem more consistent as I go over the 1.5" bump at the garage door.
4) The right front tire seems to be leaning in more and more over time. It's not bad, but it's enough to cause very uneven tire wear on the inside edge of the tire.
5) Highway tracking is sloppy, especially in ruts or in the wind.

I'm thinking it's bushings or something, maybe steering related? What are the more common problems that I might be experiencing? The car has 150K on it, and I've done nothing to it since I bought it 6 years ago.

Thanks!
Wendell
