airmatic runs often

Just swapped out the pump and now it runs every few mins for a few seconds to a min. And its much louder now. I never heard it before, might put some rubber washers in it. Ive checked for leaks and made sure everythings tight. Car doesnt drop to the floor overnight. I have some teeny cracks on the top of the front shocks but sprayed water over it and saw no bubbles. Anybody had this issue?

We need more information- Why did you change it in the first place if the prior one was quiet?

if something caused the old one to fail , that root problem was not corrected by merely installing a new pump

I changed the last compressor 7 years ago. Went out that morning and the car was bottomed out and wouldnt rise. Folks here told me the compressor was bad. Car recently started having the "car to low" warning on the dash again so I put a new compressor in before it completely failed. The rear always stayed level just the front was pretty low a few times a week this time around.

Ok so again we need to backtrack to the root problem - that it was dropping in front . Either busted air line , strut leak or valve block leak- any of which would destroy pumps quickly by making them run too much

you can't just keep putting pumps in without fixing the leak , they will keep burning out
