$125k on a car and I have had over 20 flats!!! 3 two weeks ago, 3 this week, got my car back this morning and got two flats today. Deing with PenSke and they tell me they can't be change. I will not tolerate this and will let my lawyer deal with it.

Check your steel arms. The S Class W221 is known to have weak bushes in the lower steel arms. You might need to replace the whole steel arm. If you hear a noise when going up and down speed bumps or on rough roads, then the bushes in your steel arm might be worn out.
