Changing the odometer readings from Miles to Kilometer
Hi,
Is it possible to change the odometer readings from Miles to Kilometers in the new S550's?

Interesting that they've brought this back. I mean it used to be there on older car models, then disappeared (does not exist on my W221) and now seems to be back (not only the additional digital speedo but all, like further below).
Showing or hiding the digital speedometer
You can also show the digital speedometer in the multi-function display.
Vehicles with a kilometre speedometer: the digital speedometer has mph units. Vehicles with a miles speedometer: the digital speedometer has km/h units.
Use the buttons on the multi-function steering wheel.
Press or to select the Settings menu.
Press or to select Dig. speedo.
Press .
If you want to change the setting, press again.

Use the buttons on the multi-function steering wheel.
Press or to select the Settings menu.
Press or to select Units.
Press .
If you want to change the setting, press again.
You can then switch between km/h and mph.

I have an '07 but I had the '08 comand/telematics upgrade. I haven't checked yet (will later), but do you guys think I have this option since I got the upgrade? Or is this something outside of that upgrade?

I don't think changing the odometer from miles to kilometres on a W221 would cancel the O2 sensor on a W220. I would suggest starting a new thread on a W220 section (but wouldn't the answer be "by a new sensor"?).
