Dear friends,
The dvd-changer of my S320CDI is not working. firstly it reads then It says unknown audio/video.
Please help.

I know it been some thing this thread but I happen to search as I just encounter the
same issue you face. just hoping you can throw some light for me. I did enquiry from local distributor advisor he simply say I may need to get a new command after he try resetting using his diagnostic tools... any info is appreciated. thank you ...Richie here

W221 dvd changer
hi all
The problem with the DVDs changer is on the laser drive motor,if you try to play CDs and not responding then the problem go to the driver ic and in this case you have to fix both.
The ic is locate on the board and has this number: BD7965FM ,the motor is on laser with no : M1N6FB10C. This one is difficult to find .
