In order to remove the front panel, you need to unscrew to screws, one inside of the armrest , open it and on the right side you will see a hidden cap, one screw will be inside. Second screw is under armrest. After removing those 2, u just need to unclip it.

The rear door panel's has 2 screws also. Both you can see under the armrest. Once those are out, just pull outward to loosen the clips, then up.

Be careful when popping the entire panel. If you try to grab on with fingers you will end up ripping the vinyl off, don't ask how I know.
After the screws you need something thin, flat and wide and does not scratch paint to pry the panel off the door. It has pins all around the perimeter. Then you need to lift it up a bit but not before removing the tweeters.
I changed my door pins and have photos, just have not had chance to post a walk through. I will try to get something together in next day.

^^^ This
And also be carfeul when unclipping it, because there are many ribbon-wires that are easily damaged.

marthyh, use a plastic wedge with a wide body to avoid damaging the vinyl/leather covering

Are you located in the US? cause we have a law banning tinting of the whole car except for the rear passenger windows and rear windshield.
