I believe you can click on where it says "INFO" and it shows the eta.

Another thing I found was that if you have the headrests that are square, the cushion can be adjusted in or out.
I'd like to get to the bottom of this text thing too....is it supposed to display the msg on the COMMAND screen?

Only certain phones will work with the text feature.

I think he means if you hold the lock button. I found that the rear headrests also have adjustable cushions which twist. If only non rear seat package cars like mine had motorized headrests.

If someone cuts you off and you slam on your brakes and flash your headlights, your windshield wipers are activated.

I found that if you forget to hit the lock button when closing the trunk, there is a square button next to the rectangular handle that opens the trunk. If you press the square, it locks the trunk.

If you take your car to a Mercedes dealership for service, $1,000 will automatically be deducted from your bank account.

I think this is user error? The controls are on the same stalk; I know I've accidentally activated wipers when I've tried to flash someone my high beams before.

2011 Mercedes S63 AMG
I called MB because I have a service type E due soon. Out of curiosity I asked which packages my car has as I bought it second hand. Ended up finding out to my surprise I have the performance package.

What the cool feature that I found out was that my windshield washer fluid is heated when you are using it. So its hot windshield washer fluid that hits my windshield!!!! I'm not sure if this is an option or standard.

Also, older benz's used to have a "button" to turn them on. Mercedes wants to cost cut and save 15 cents on putting a button in, now you have to hit 5 times before they work. Ranting.
Whaaaa??! I knew there were headlight washers, but I never tried them. Always assumed they were activated by a separate and distinct button. Really disappointed to hear otherwise!

On the '07 models equipped with headlight washers, there is a switch to activate them next to the headlight switch. IMO, they dumbed the car down when they went to an auto on after a few cycles of window washing.

Out of curiosity, was the square front headrest an option for 2007 or was that only for the later production models?

Do you mean the one where you can pull the sides in to make a nice spot to nestle your head? If so, then yes.

Well mine is square but the sides do not pull in or out. Only the cushion can come inwards and outwards.

Active head restraints such as yours are standard, I believe optional luxury version became available MY08.
