Wheel styles that look best on S550

Yup, the wheels I posted were "AMG Style 810"
They do make an AMG Style 811 in the same size:

The only difference is this: Style 810 and the "newer style" pic you posted have a 'groove' in each spoke. So it is recessed.
The Style 811 wheel is slightly different.. instead of a recessed groove, that part sticks 'out' instead of being 'in'. Look at the pic and you'll see what I mean.
I think it's close enough that nobody would notice the difference. The Style 811 wheel looks like something that would come from AMG anyway, so I'm not too worried.
I think I'm gonna buy a set of Style 811's and put my tires on them.. will definitely make the car look sportier, yet still have a classic/original factory equipment look.

OK quick update..
Just looked at some black/black cars with both Style 810 and Style 811 wheels on them.
I think I'm actually gonna stick with 810 now that I think about it
The 811 looks a bit 'too' sporty for the car. I don't have the sport package so I think the wheels might start to look aftermarket as they're a bit sportier than the rest of the conservative car. The pointed spokes are what gives me this impression.
The 810 looks really substantial and more 'serious' while still having a sporty edge. I think it matches much better with the lines of the car.
On the long wheelbase cars, some rims just look too out of place to me. I think the 810 is a really classy elegant look with a bit of sport, and the 811 just looks a bit too edgy for that car.
Anyone agree/disagree? Feel free to tell me I'm off my rocker by wanting the 810's over 811's

I just put a down payment on a new s550 and i'll be picking it up in a couple days. (White/Black with P2/panoroof/Nightvision). I'll post pics after I pick it up.
It comes with wheels which aren't my style.
So excited!!!

I would but I've had enough of 3 pc wheels. I've had 3 different sets on my 7 series and they would always start leaking after a certain amount of time. Plus they were pretty soft and I ended up bending the Barrel all the time. I live downtown so roads suck .

I ended up getting my new wheels installed this weekend. I went with a mesh face concave look. It's has a graphite face with a polish lip. Hope you like it.
