It's going to look great. I like the idea of taking a placid, non-aggressive color like Pewter and giving it the full on AMG appearance treatment because you don't see it very often vs. the black, silver and pearl colors. It adds a level of sophistication. I put a full AMG body kit and fresh wheels on a Pewter S430 I had and I loved the look.

Ha! Any excuse to post the old S430. Great car. Paid $21k for it in 2012 with 34,000 original mileage in flawless condition like yours. Literally a little old lady car, no AMG sport package, little 17" wheels. I ended up doing a full AMG body kit, a drop, and staggered 18" replica wheels.
Mid-project. After the drop, replica wheels and AMG side skirts but before I'd found the AMG bumpers.
I like those wheels you've got. What size are they?

Yeah, that was called "Stone" on the 220's and it was the lightest interior they made. Looks great but a nightmare to keep clean. The black on the 221 is a lot less interesting but so much easier to maintain.

I'd stay in the metallics...silver, hypersilver, machined & polished, etc to work with the silver undertone in the paint. Love these Vertini 22's...

hemmissey... Looks Amazing, but you might want to put tires on it sooner than later. Otherwise, you might damage the wheels if you hit a pothole.

BTW, loving the car with the spacers. I still haven't decided on a drop. I like the gap in the back, but the front is about an inch high.

Yeah, but when the nose comes down the tail wants to come up. I may do a STAR drop since I'm not looking for a lot. Did you get the rear camber sorted out?

Got to the mb dealer this AM, Asked to speak to the tech before leaving it to have the "Camber Bolt Kit" installed. Tech said their kit would only slightly tweak the camber & would not make much of a difference. I kinda expected that response. I opted to save my money. Might go with that sponsor who posted on your thread. It's a little pricey though.. We'll see..
