S550 2007 front hood does not stay up

My S550 front hood strut does not stay open. Does anyone know if hood has strut on both sides or one side and how can it be replaced. My car just came back from dealer and had battery and transmission replaced, now front hood cannot stay open and I cannot see any struts either.

If it involves unbolting the hood from the hinge or unbolting a body panel which it looks it might, then either use alignment marks so you can keep the original alignment, or have the dealership do it. Body panel alignment is a *****!!!!!

Did you get a resolution to your problem? If you just had work done I would take it back to the dealer and have them correct it for you
