First welcome to the forum. If I was you I would aim for 2010 or 2011 so you can get the CPO warranty. A 07 or 08 is a 6 or 7 year old car.

hmm problems

Transmission
ABC
Be prepare to purchase brake every 6 months
Window Switches
Intake Cam Sensors
Power Steering Pump

MB make the best cars in the world but you got pay to play.
You might get lucky but I doubt it. I wouldn't recommend any MB without a warranty unless you can do the work yourself.

The problems listed above are NOT typical.
Brakes every 6 months-- I doubt anyone else has this experience unless they ride the brakes or drive over 50,000 miles per year.

If the other issues listed above were common, there would be several members complaining about them on this forum.

Trust me alot members are complaining. Do some research. I have own 3 Mercedes and every single one start having problems around 100k miles.

I honestly wouldn't purchase any Mercedes without a extend warranty. Especially a S or CL class. As soon as your ABC hose goes bad and you got fork over 1k your going to say Rogers told me.
ABC/TRANS/SWITCH trust me soon or later it will happen.

S350 BT 4MATIC
Recommend that you acquire one as young as you can afford, one with the existing factory warranty still unexpired and with the CPO warranty. Depending on how long you want to keep the car, spring ~4500 for the additional two years of unlimited mileage CPO warranty coverage. I plan to purchase the extra 2 years next year, so I will be good until 2019.

Glad you purchased a S350 4-matic Nuru. I absolutely love mine and hope you love yours.
