I just took a trip and after that trip, it felt like it was all 10 min long like I just went in the car and came out. I still would have liked massage, but this car is so comfortable that there is no back pain or anything. A/C seats are good enough for me and they really work well. Unlike the W220s awful leather and awful seat cushion.
