is it possible to reprogram garage opener without clearing everything?
I need to reprogram #1 and 2 button on the garage but need to keep the #3 is it possible to do this or do I have to clear everything and start over?

Yes. The instructions are on p 552 in the 2008 owners manual. If you don't have it, or if it is a different location for your year, google will have generic instructions as well. They are all Homelink, so operate the same.

As Trey said you can.

Just FYI, it is always easier to do it right outside the garage. Inside, Homelink gets confused and doesn't accept programming easily.
