Depends on the weather
When they install the tpms sensors in to the new wheels/tires they said the dealer may need to program the sensors....is this true? If so, what would it be an hour of labor?

Run the car for awhile before paying the dealer to calibrate them.

I decided to get a different style wheel. These are 20's with a +35 offset. Should I add any spacers or should they look ok with out them at the current offset?
I am getting them put on today or tomorrow. Some may like them, some may not...but I'll see how they look after they are on and they may look even better once I get the S63 body kit.

Good looking wheels. The TPMS will go on those. +35 is generally a safe offset and will look good (more outward stance) but I'd live with them for a bit before getting into spacers.

Correct. These are replicas. They appear to be excellent quality and I got such a good deal on them and next day shipping I figured if I don't like them, I can always change them.

Off topic but, I have been reading on here and it seems like the front bumper has to come off to replace the headlight bulbs and I can get to the fog lights by turning the wheels and pulling the wheel well liner?
Seems like a lot of work just to replace the bulbs on the headlights. I'd rather pay a shop to put it on a lift and maybe they can access them easier with out removing the bumper? I'm sure not taking it to the dealer for that.

Yeah, you'll need new lug bolts. Not only for length, but because most replica wheels use a different shank style. OEM uses a "Mercedes Ball" obviously, but most replicas take an "Audi Ball" style. They look similar but the lugs will not seat correctly and the wheel will wobble like crazy. I'd contact the wheel vendor for the correct lugs.

They are sending the lug nuts next day air so I will finally have the wheels put on tomorrow mid day!
I got home and my rear spoiler came. Wow, what a difference it makes on the car. I didn't know if I would like it or not. Couldn't beat it for the price and the build quality seems really good and it fits perfectly.
I have so many car parts in my office in my house I am hoping my wife doesnt come in here!

Everything went perfect. Car is dirty so excuse that but I will get better pics this weekend. I'm sure it will look a lot better once the car is clean and some tire shine on the tires!

New wheels never look like you expected on the car. I always hate mine a little at first. Those look good to me,
Presuming the ride is still good (no vibrations) you can try some spacers. I believe 10mm rear and 5mm front will put you flush. I'm running 20s staggered at 33mm rear and 28 mm front and that's about as far as you can go.

My wife and I just came out from the store and she said wow you're car looks really good. I definitely love the wheels. I back in to every parking spot and the way it looks now is such a night and day difference with the wheels. I'm happy with them. Going to clean it up in the morning.

Looks really good Mike. I can't wait to do the S63 body kit now. I also installed the clear bumper lenses today. I guess that was kind of a waste since I'll be adding the S63 kit pretty soon but oh well.

It looks good either way. The spolier just adds a nice touch a sportiness to the car. I'm glad I did mine and you can always remove it if you change your mind down the road.
