As for why no reply in the thread, our goal is to help our customer, not spend our time responding to nonsensical posts.
If you intend to use the forum to sell the product and service, plan on answering questions about the product or service posed on the forum.

Especially when you open the thread with a mea culpa about slow customer service and being more responsive this time around. It's not necessary to reply to the "nonsensical" posts, but you do need to maintain an ongoing presence in your own thread and demonstrate how you're resolving the issues as they arise.

Last I heard the customer wanted a refund. Was that not an option?

I'm extremely excited with my tune...

Mike went above and beyond, especially in the condition he is in

As soon as I wired payment the flash came instantaneously. After a problem with tele aid it was fixed by on star. I also received a text saying how much HP it was putting out.

The only problem is it disables my AWD and need to get used to the rear kicking out on me. No posi tracking either

I highly recommend!!!!

I can't of course divulge the technology involved, other than to say it's the same principle that causes four year old kids with brand new sneakers to run faster.

Depends on the weather
I'm not sure if you have seen my last 2 emails sent on 6/2 and 6/3 but I sent them following up with the tuner about the resolution and have not heard back...

I was told 120hp, 140tq.

Having read this thread would anyone realistically expect these goofballs to back their "engine warranty"?

If I had to guess, Logic Labs is run by two middle schoolers working out of their mom's basement. If it's not, whoever is running it should consider changing to that business model, because at least middle schoolers respond to emails.

Why would you need a warranty if there is no tune?

Or you can save a bunch of money and go with Eurocharged, who seems to have a great reputation on the forums.

Agreed, mine was a night and day difference + dyno results.
