Graph showing MPG
My 2013 S550 uses a bar graph in the Command Module to show MPG at one minute time intervals. It's okay, but I miss being able to track my MPG on a long trip. I also miss having a Trip Computer which shows the "From start" Distance, Time, Average speed, and Average fuel consumption.
The manual says to use "Trip" and all this stuff will be shown, but I can only get mileage from my Trip option.
Am I missing something or did the bar graph replace the Trip Computer?

The bar graph is shown in the actual command. To use the from start or since reset feature you will need to use the buttons on your steering wheel. Go to the main menu on your speedometer that shows the car's total miles. Then using the up and down arrows on the left buttons of the steering wheel there will be sub menus showing the range you left in gas with a graph showing mpg, after start data and since reset data. on both the since start and the since reset you can click the "OK" button to reset their values.
Let me know of of you have more questions.

Thanks for your quick reply.
I thought I had done all of that but maybe I missed pressing the left-right buttons at the right time. I'll try again.
It sounds like you have BOTH the MPG bar graph and the full-featured Trip Computer on your car...?

MBWorld Fanatic!
I got pretty excited when I saw the title of the thread, but apparently the car does not display a graph of bars in the vicinity. Something to think about for the W223, Mercedes.

Had an older infinit that did that. It was very cool. Went right on the the main big screen:
It kept a log of every fill-up and how many miles you got on a tank with a nice colorful bar graph.

The continuous readout bar graph on MPG in my vehicle is under "Vehicle" in the Command module the under "Consumption."
By the way...my steering-wheel-based "Trip" computer mysteriously started working today showing all the functions from the owner's manual. I have no idea why. It's absence must have been some kind of malfunction in my instrumentation.
