Tire size 4 matic to staggered.
hey guys looking to stagger the wheels on my 10 s550 4 matic with some factory reps in 20" perhaps. what is the correct staggered size?

The OEM staggered is a safe bet and looks proportional too as far as sidewall height, and the impact on ride quality is minimal vs 19's. Rubbing on the rears tends to be a rim offset issue rather than a tire tread block width problem.
A 9.5" on a 35mm offset (the typical replica offset) and OEM spec 20" rear tires should not rub. I'd say run those factory spec 20's on wheels with a 35mm (or greater) offset and you should be good to go.
OEM Spec is 275/35 rear and 255/35 front. That gives you a 2% variance in rolling diameter, well within the 3% margin of safety recommended for AWD staggered set ups.

Depends on the weather
These below are for 07-09. If your car is 10+ you need the 433mhz sensors.

You can get lugs from amazon or ebay.

Ebay has them also cheap.. I just hate waiting for shipping for things unless they can do overnight shipping so I pay the extra for local sales. :-)
Your lug nuts will be too long. They will screw in and once they get to a certain point they will stop and not sit in the hole, you will have space between the wheel and lug nut.

Its better to make sure... I thought I had those, bought and installed them, then I realized that I needed 433Mhz. Now I have the "tire pressure monitors inoperable" on my screen.

Just made an offer to the $85 ebay one. They accepted my first offer of $75. Seller respond was very fast too!
They dont have warranty on the tpms but they said they will take care of their customer
