Just turn the steering wheel hard right. Then remove bolts holding front inner wheel arch cover 3? and peel back. You will need a rectangular shaped object (15mm x 10mm) inserted into the bulb retaining unit found tucked inside the arch and level with the light unit. Twist anti-clockwise to remove. When replacing the unit you can line it up by viewing through the light unit itself.

I fixed it two weeks ago but thank you John Cook for your help. I ran into a new problem blower motor and regulator. A cost of $1015 but my dealer coupon of 30% cut the price down.
