Anyone ever get this? Any fixes to see if it's just a glitch? Only things I've done is new brake pads a few months ago.

To resolve correctly, you need someone with DAS Xentry to scan the module to determine the source of the fault!!

PS---an OBD scanner will not do the job!!

Ah, you mean the Star tool. It's still under warranty. Just wondering how serious that message is, and if it's ok to still drive. I did a search and I think it said it's usually the speed sensor?

Had the same message last week on a 2011 350 - turned out to be front right speed sensor. Mercedes are changing both front sensors FOC - garage said they'd done quite a few.

I drive with these lights ON quite a bit, since my dealer cannot get a definitive reading with their diagnostic. They get a vague reading on the right rear wheel speed sensor as you mention, but they won't say for sure that's the entire problem.

I believe it is safe to drive in this condition unless you are in slick road conditions where you really might need the ABS/ESP functioning. In normal daily driving, in dry roads, you'll never get close to the limits needed to activate these systems.

The only negative in my situation is this warning also shuts down the Distronic, and I love the Distronic.

Thanks fella's. I'll fix before I do my yearly Boston trip. This new dealer I'm going to use gives you a 222 S class if you give them an S class, so, I plan on taking that on the Boston trip.

Yep. Also, could this have ANYTHING to do with getting new brake pads installed?

I really can't see how. Just a coincidence. Like when my starter died two days after I installed that MidCity remote starter

Hey, have you heard anything about an Auto Stop defeat and Agility Mode lock from MC for the W205?
