Engine won't start - ESP/Run Flat

Hi All,

I need some major help having spent £5,000 with official dealership trying to fix the problem. I get two errors which wont let me start the car until I try a good three times (sometimes just doesn't start at all). Run flat indicator inoperative and ESP inoperative see owners manual. Most recently, the garage have replaced:
- the control unit (trp)
-charge air duct & temp sensor
-mixing chamber
-TRP control
That all came to £4.4k only to have the engine not start one day after. Clearly its not fixed. Any ideas what I can do/what it might be?

Thanks so much!

None of those errors should prevent you from starting the car. You have a different problem.

Does it crank but no start? Or no crank at all?

No crank at all. Lights, electrics all work fine. If I do a hard battery reset that generally wipes the error and engine starts. It happens every time I drive, turn engine of for a few mins and then try start it up.
They said oil was leaking on the ecu or something like that so replaced everything around it.

Try replacing fuel pump module in rear trunk and crank shaft sensor and starter battery.

Easy items that may have been overlooked.

If you spent 4K; what's another couple hundos.

I assume the car was read with star. What are the errors?

Prepower fuse box

Maybe it is the 'Pre-Power Fuse Box' (PN 2045403550) . It produces various different symptoms ,quite similar to the ones mentioned.

C350 cdi
Having the same issues with a 2010 c350 cdi , can anyone shed some light on the above subject . I had this problem about 6 weeks ago , wondered if Ithadn't gone into park properly and didn't really think much more about it until it happened today again and then about 3 hours later , I'm currently getting away with getting out the car and locking it , then all seems ok and fires up first time , noticed the glow plug light isn't lighting up when it's playing up . Any help /advice would be much appreciated

any update to resolve this issue

hi

did any of you found any solution ? . i am having same issue once a week i just remove battery it clears code and works fine for 1week or more.
Is deactivating Attention asist would work to bypass (hard battery reset?).

Many thread reflect Brake light/ speed sensors. My run flat indicator restart option grey out when this issue happens. I read one place E-class to overcome issue disable attention assist. will this also work for S-350 2011.
