Hello folks , do all w221 comes with AFS feature in the headlights ! is this the cornering-lights or something else . Reason iam asking is Nothing moves when I move the steering wheel . Just my cornering lights comes on .. Thx in advance

I think the car has to be moving at certain speeds for them to move.

I'm also curious how do I know if my W221 has AFS or not? Do all US models with Bi-Xenon come with AFS? Also, how would I know if I have Bi-Xenon or not?

Afs is basically the adaptive headlights option, so when you turn a light will turn on in the direction you turn. So you saying just your cornering lights turn on means you have afs.
Plus you can run your vin number here on mbworld, on top go to Tools and choose Vin Decoder and that will show you more info about your vehicle.
