Manifold Replaced New Codes

I had random misfires in the 7th and 8th cylinder and a warped manifold.

Dealership replaced the manifold and drove fine for a day.

Engine light came on and new codes; P0410, P0300, P0305 and P0307. Now cylinder 5 and 7 are misfiring.

Thoughts?

P0410 Malfunction of secondary air injection at right bank of cylinders (function chain)
P0410 Malfunction of secondary air injection at left bank of cylinders (function chain)

P0300 Misfiring

P0305 Misfiring of cylinder 5: Damages TWC
P0305 Misfiring of cylinder 5: Worsening of exhaust emission values
P0305 Misfiring of cylinder 5: Worsening of exhaust emission values after engine start

P0307 Misfiring of cylinder 7: Damages TWC
P0307 Misfiring of cylinder 7: Worsening of exhaust emission values
P0307 Misfiring of cylinder 7: Worsening of exhaust emission values after engine start

A repeat repair must take priority over any other vehicle in your facility. Speak with Service Manager and request they open a PTSS (Product Technical Support System) case.

Very helpful; they told me two weeks and I pushed for today.

Do you think it is a manifold issue, associated component or engine issue?

i believe they messed up your secondary air injection pump or exhaust track which cascades to misfire conditions. as konigster mention, open a ptss have them revisit their work. somebody forgot something or cut some corners lol

Just talked to the dealer and there was a pinched vacuum hose on the secndary air intake.

Which caused the failure and misfiring.

These fools at Mercedes got the car tested it, reset the engine light drove a hundred miles with no light and said there was no issue. Blamed it on bad gas.

I predict the light will come back on after 100 miles for the secondary air injection and will have to go back a 4th time.
