I think I can help. By any chance do you have a five gallon gasoline can, some loose rags, a low insurance deductible and an alibi?

Difficult to look that stuff up without star wiring, as you need to know what each piece is and then look it up by location. "small radaitor wires"? Which extra water pump, the intercooler pump?

As a former insurance adjustor, Mike would know.

Get yourself a copy of wis. Draw a pentagram on the shop floor and drive said s65 in the center of it. Sprinkle liberally salt on the perimeter of pentagram. Have a spray bottle with holy water so when you start tearing things apart you spray the creatures that come out the mangled assemblies. Repent. Use wis to anchor you to this world so your soul stays put when enticed to be sold in exchange of wiring diagrams that prove to be wrong in wis.

Good luck.

The pump is the intercooler one connected next to the main radiator, there is a small radiator with fan under the headlight in the wheel arch, this has wires to the temp sensor, the fan, and a three pin relay,
Really need wire diagrams colours for these.??
Thanks ian

Make sure the car is perfectly centered in the pentagram or it doesn't work.

This is good advice. If it is off even slightly, the ABC lines and pump blow, the dynamic seat bladders explode, both coil packs go out simultaneously, and the turbos will whine like they're screaming for their lives. And that's just the start of it. It will get ugly real fast.

If this happens, the best thing you can do to save yourself is to go look for a midget and an El Camino. Let aforementioned midget drive the El Camino while you ride shotgun. You need to have a tape of Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass playing Casino Royale at 80% volume with the windows down while the midget drives you around. This tactic has been known to fix many problems.

Make sure it's a Certified Mercedes Midget. It's the same as an ordinary midget but everything it does costs fifteen times as much money.

I believe a regular old midget will work in a pinch. If you can lure the midget to the El Camino with some bacon, you can take care of the problem relatively cheap. Of course, you need to borrower somebody's El Camino and make a tape of the previously mentioned song. A working tape deck in the El Camino is an absolute must!

The manual SPECIFICALLY states "Please use only Mercedes Certified Midgets when calibrating your S65 for pentagrams. USE OF NON CERTIFIED MIDGETS OR DWARFS CAN DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE AND MAY VOID THE MERCEDES WARRANTY

There are lots of used working condition tape decks being sold on Ebay if the one in the El Camino is broken. Duh!!

I wouldn't worry about the aux radiator fan just yet. I bet most of them don't work anyway.

Aside from the loom between the ECU and the engine, there aren't THAT many wires in the engine compartment. My car is in parts (again), so I can help when its daylight again.

Definitely get an ebay copy of WIS and install it on your PC though.

My tandem pump started to lose pressure, so I'm fitting a recon one. Big job.

Sorry, I realised that I have a different car to you. I was just hoping to offer a bit of support.

Apart from brakes, fluids & filters, nothing is very easy I'm afraid.
