Full exhaust in the works - 07 S65

New to the forum - very happy to be here.

Just purchased 2007 S65 - Arctic White/Black interior

In the process of doing full exhaust. Deleting cats with custom catless 3.5" downpipes, replacing mid piping with X-Pipe, keeping AMG mufflers.

Just started project today. Hoping to see decent power and sound gains.

Will post pics, before and after dyno sheets, and video as soon as it's completed.

The car goes in on Monday morning, will be out Thursday. Getting the downpipes and x-pipe installed.

Doesn't delete cats = fail smog?

Asking because i want to do it on mine (lowly S500) but i'm told i won't pass smog if i do ..

yes, it's all custom work.

No cats = failed smog.. but not in Florida

Here are some pictures of the system. It is full 3" mandrel bend stainless steel and mates to the factory cat back exhaust or any aftermarket one.. It is completely bolt-on and 100% reversible These feature a lifetime warranty and are 100% made in the U.S. Your car will pass an emission tests if it is strictly OBD2 as we include spacers for the post cat oxygen sensors. This will be offered by us as an off the shelf product. If anyone has questions feel free to PM or email me.

we have not test fitted it on a 2006 yet.
