When does the diff oil need to be changed in an S63?

Looked in the AMG maintenance manual and it says change at 40k on the CLS63 and SLK55 with performance package only. There is no diff oil change interval shown for the S63 and service item #6 for diff oil is completely blank past 150k miles. Lifetime sealed diff case?

As a general rule in my garage, unless it's a sealed unit, I change the differential fluid every 30,000 miles, regardless of make/model. I'm an old school guy who believes that wherever we have metal-to-metal contact and it's moving (i.e.: gears/bearings), there's wear. Changing diff fluid is fairly straightforward, and what's the cost of a quart of fluid and 30 minutes work compared to potential wear down the road? IMHO. If it's sealed, there is little you can do. And yes, I prefer to change most fluids/filters a bit sooner than factory specs; just me. FWIW.
Cheers,
Jeff
