2002 S55 Key and Suspension Problem CAR WON'T START
I just bought a broken S55 for next to nothing. The key will not turn unless I hit the unlock button and turn the key at the same time (timing has to be perfect). Once I get the key to turn the car will not start even if I jump the starter, the motor turns but doesn't start. The SRS message pops up and the suspension does not lift. The steering wheel and shifter both move freely. I have read that it could be the EIS or Key, and I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

Had similar issue. Key wouldn't turn until I pushed the buttons on the key. It was the key. Suspension will not work until the vehicle is running
