tail light issue

tail light issue
ok so my driverside tail light is out but the brake light works.
my passenger side brake light doesnt work, but the tail light USED to work until i took it out and put it in the driver side slot to test it out well that didnt work so i switched it back over now that taillight on the passenger side doesnt work. so now basically only the brakelight on the driver side works. with that being said both hazards work. do i need new taillights? no bulbs are busted.

Its too early for me to really understand what you typed up there ^ however i recently had some tail light issue's = my bulbs did not look blown , however 2 actually were and i had to some type of spray (dont recall the name) that i sprayed on the tail light wire assembly (on both ends part that connects to the tail light lens and the wire assembly itself. this spray was made to clean all the wiire contacts. Then i un-plugged my cars battery for 5min and all was well. now this fixed mine yours could be a different situation, just trying to help. may the force be with you.
